Due to the perishable nature of our premium Matangi Angus Beef, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, immediately check the packaging and the condition of the beef to ensure it is still chilled or frozen and the vacuum seals are intact.
Document Issues
If there is a problem, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as evidence to support your claim.
